Order
For regular orders we ship worldwide with DHL and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International customers have the option of pre-paying duties and taxes.
For oversized orders custom shipping will be required.

For all orders shipped with DHL delivery times are as below:
- For UK customers delivery is next business day from date of dispatch.
- For international customers delivery is typically 3 - 5 days from date of dispatch.
Tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email.
For custom shipping, transit times will be provided at the time of quoting.
Yes, we accept returns.
Please familiarise yourself with our shipping & returns terms before placing your order.
No.
If an order is being shipped internationally then UK VAT (value added tax at 20%) is not applicable and will be removed automatically by our website.
Our website prices will exclude VAT once you have changed your location or currency, or at checkout stage once the international delivery address has been input.
Depending on destination country, VAT or whatever alternative tax system destination country uses may be due and you have the option to pre-pay these at checkout.
Trade
Yes, we have a trade program which is available to professional interior designers, architects and/or any other profession related to the industry.
If you would like to become a trade member and access trade discounts please email us at customercare@khayni.com with your professional details.
We do not offer wholesale accounts and we do not sell our collections for onward sale with other retailers.
We kindly ask that you do not email us with wholesale requests.

We are online only and do not have a physical store to visit.
All collections can be ordered through our website and delivered worldwide.
